This wine has a fascinating ruby red colour and a light but long-lasting mousse. Fragrant notes of blueberries and prunes on the nose are followed by subtle spicy nuances. Once tasted, it reveals lively acidity and delicious balance. This is an excellent choice to add a touch of joy to an aperitif with cold meats and fresh cheeses or to accompany a barbecue with friends.
