Cherryy, very easy, greedy: the Dolcetto of the past, re-proposed with the utmost finesse. Full-bodied, soft in tannins, dry on the palate, it flaunts an almond finish. It explodes in fragrance, thanks to the high altitude vineyards and the processing (half crushed and half shelled grapes). Excellent with cured meats and pasta.
