Pale salmon pink furrowed by a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose notes of red fruit, pomegranate, and cherry, berries such as currant and raspberry, and hints of aromatic herbs. Palate elegant, savoury, intense and balanced, consistent with olfactory perceptions. Greasy and persistent finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, but also for the whole meal. First courses with delicate sauces, fish and white meat main courses.
