Golden and brilliant straw yellow. On the nose emerge aromas of pastry, yellow pulp fruit and citrus. The sip is elegant and material, with a very creamy bubble. Great acidity and mineral nuances in the finish, intense and very persistent.
Gastronomically it is very versatile, but it is best expressed with raw fish.
