Winery: Orzan
Two hours of maceration on the lees for 8 months. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Vegetable hints of pepper, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs. In the mouth there is a marked acidity and excellent flavor. Sapid and citrusy finish.

On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.
