Ruby in colour, enriched with brick-coloured reflections, it offers a light and persistent mousse. On the nose, it opens in a pleasantly fragrant manner, with predominant hints of cranberries, strawberries and peppery notes. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and lively, with a nice balance. This wine is an excellent choice to accompany cured meats, as its aromatic complexity goes well with these flavours. It can also successfully accompany meat-based first courses and stewed white meats, offering remarkable culinary versatility. A wine that adds freshness and liveliness to a variety of dishes.
