Straw yellow in colour, with natural yeast deposit and very persistent mousse. Fresh aromas of white fruit and citrus blend with those of the indigenous yeasts. In the mouth, it is fresh, balanced and with a well-presented bubble. Ideal as an aperitif, with fried fish and white meats.
