An elegant and mineral Timorasso, born from a vineyard dedicated to Eleonora, daughter and symbol of new beginnings
Rugiada del Mattino is the white Timorasso by I Carpini, from the first white-grape vineyard planted in the early 2000s and named after the winemaker’s third daughter, Eleonora. Over time, the vineyard has evolved into its current, refined form.
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections that turn golden with age. On the nose: ripe yellow fruits (peach, wild plum), gooseberry, floral hints, marine breeze, wet rocks, herbal and essential oil notes.
On the palate, it’s warm, savory, soft, and well-balanced, with good persistence. A gastronomic wine that evolves beautifully with time, combining depth and tension.
Ideal with carpaccio, legumes, fried seafood, veal with tuna sauce, and traditional dishes like bagna cauda.
Winery: Le Masciare

On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Winery: Marco Ludovico

Winery: Orzan
Fresh, aromatic Ribolla Gialla, steel-fermented and bottle-aged. Wisteria, apple, peach, and fine spices. Crisp acidity and a dry, clean finish. Perfect with seafood starters, salads, grilled fish, and spiced dishes.
